Châteaux Noir will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels. We do accept exchanges. Original returns or exchanges for  UNWORN clothing ONLY. 

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

(Chateaux Noir) will refund the value of the goods returned, store credit, or exchange, but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 14 days of submission to qualify for a full store credit. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Chateaux Noir to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

1. a refund in-store credit
2. a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the total return.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping would be the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
• Please allow Châteaux Noir 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• Châteaux Noir will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
